Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items not in original condition

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or other approved methods after verification.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
